Returns

• You may return unopened products within 14 days of receipt.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@oudimperial.com with your order number and reason for return.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We will refund the product upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition.
• Sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

• Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original condition.
